Relax to the Max Information Package

In the past Relax to the Max has sent an information package with printed material and a DVD. With widespread access to the web, info packages are no longer available through postal mail. This website is much more comprehensive than our physical materials and has all the information you need and more.

Note that we are not currently taking registrations for professional training for 2011. There are some general interest courses available. Professional classes will be available once again in 2012.
